Membership benefits are an entitlement to attend our General Monthly meetings, insurance cover for all our activities, (including Bushcare, Bush Buddies) and being able to vote at our AGM and participate in decision making. For the last couple of years some of our meetings unfortunately had to be restricted to “Members Only” due to COVID.
To become a member (or renew membership) of the The Friends of Belair National Park Inc. Download the membership form (link on the left), also available from the Belair National Park Office. Fill it in and post it with your membership subscription to:
Or ... Pay the Membership Secretary (Alan Raine) at one of monthly meetings.
Or ... If paying by 'funds transfer' pay to the following account, and forward the membership form by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Annual renewal, due on the 1st of January each year, is $10 a single, $15 for a family. Renewal is always a year's subscription regardless of when it is paid. For new members joining after August, full annual fees will carry through to the following year.
The Friends of Belair National Park Inc became incorporated in 2017. The Rules of Incorporation can be downloaded from the link on the left.
The Department for the Environment and Natural Resourced has produced an "Induction Booklet" for new members. It can be downloaded from the link on the left.
The committee has the power to offer Life Membership to any member deemed to have provided extraordinary and outstanding service to the group. This is intended to recognise ‘Friends’ who clearly have provided continued considerable effort above and beyond the call of duty over an extended period.
